Those with operated volumes higher than 20,000BOPD are NPDC, AITEO, Seplat, Neconde, Eroton and Newcross.

…eroton receive 50% of newcross production…

…Very interesting that companies are also looking at the gas production from the field which would come on stream quicker than the oil production …

Could congestion be the answer to eli akaso being in tema??..

#1029

Yes - I am sure I saw ELI Akaso at Bonny port anchorage and its destination was always Bonny now it’s destination switched to Tema and sure enough the next time I looked it was at anchor off Tema in Ghanaian territorial waters - how long will we be delayed connecting this FSO ----- Nigeria !!!

#1030

In the late 70’s it was common for cargo ships to wait for 200+ days off Lagos! So things have improved! Maybe the infrastructure for the FSO isn’t ready so Eli Akaso chose to wait in a safer place or maybe Nigerian customs!?

#1031

Might just be m2m that it cost less to anchor off tema whilst pipeline is being laid/installed from onshore oml18 to where akaso will finally be moored offshore near bonny island.
