You can add Saraum to my list, as a long term investor, you might want to check out some of my past posts?
Thank you for pulling all under one roof techno
I know nooothing
I just wanted to add this point on the potential of graphene to lead a revolution in each industry and sector as long as the UK government that funds most of the research in to graphene at Manchester university, the UK’s textile industry once led the world and employed most of the north of England in textile mills, which have long since closed as a result of cheaper labour from the far east, what was missing from these mills was innovation and a new technology USP which would have given them an advantage over these cheaper textile mills, this new graphene based textile breakthrough could if not given away or sold off to other countries could see a revival of the UK textile industry if the UK government gave UK textile companies excusive use of this technology for ten years.
even more important now because of Brexit, I just wanted to use this example to show the potential of graphene to provide multiple USP advantages right across multiple products, sectors and industries.
PS the UK revival of our textile industry will in reality just be a pipe dream, as once again the UK just gives this away or allows other counties to buy this technology from right under our nose, to keep these textile jobs in their countries in the far east.
Once again mm asleep at the wheel(Brexit), as this new Chinese law has much significance to VRS and the protection of our IP, which was of serious concern to all of us, this news has market significance to VRS share price and NR and now makes it easy for VRS to sign and tie up new contracts.
Did anyone watch Greg Wallace on Inside the Factory on BBC2 last night. He was at a pencil making factory in Germany - quite interesting how many processes go into making a HB pencil - but there was a bit about Graphene by a lady from UOM - https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0003g7w/inside-the-factory-series-4-9-pencils
Another excellent find techno-foxx. I am trying to keep all of these kinds of reports/write-ups, which relate to graphene use, in a safe place to re-read now and again as the potential for the likes of VRS is enormous - but I don’t think reminders are necessary.
Anyone able to tell me what a term sheet is? Excuse my ignorance!
What is a Term Sheet
A term sheet is a nonbinding agreement setting forth the basic terms and conditions under which an investment will be made. A term sheet serves as a template to develop more detailed legal documents. Once the parties involved reach an agreement on the details laid out in the term sheet, a binding agreement or contract that conforms to the term sheet details is then drawn up.
The news that people want are updates on the collaborations that were signed years ago. I simply don’t believe that due diligence takes that long for all those companies - China yes, but others no.
Anyway I’m fully out of this now, having been a shareholder since the 20p days. Might come back if things start moving.
