Pause in IPO Process
Cordiant Global Agricultural Income PLC has announced that it is pausing its IPO process at the current time.
There has been continued positive interest from a wide range of investors, with significant commitments received from high quality institutions and the Board of the Company and Cordiant Capital would like to thank all of the investors who have been very engaged throughout the process. Given the current market backdrop and world events which are presenting challenges for many investors across existing portfolios and beyond, the Company believes that it will be beneficial to seek to IPO at a later date.
Subscription amounts are being re-credited to accounts (Friday 8 April 2022).
