International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") is the holding company for an international provider of home credit and digital loans to consumers with average to below average incomes. IPF and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) focus on the provision of small sum, primarily home collected, short-term unsecured loans in emerging markets.
IPF has launched an offer of 7.75% sterling notes due 14 December 2023, which will pay a fixed rate of interest in two equal instalments a year, on 14 December and 14 June.
Interactive Investor Services Limited was appointed as an Authorised Offeror in connection with the offer.
