- JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited has announced that it has successfully raised gross proceeds of £148,898,724 from the Initial Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer
- Applications have been made for 148,974,889 Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.
- The Issue Price was set at 100 pence per Ordinary Share.
- Allocations have been met in full, meaning customers will receive 100% of the amount they applied for.
- Share allocations, including the bonus share allocation, are being applied to accounts on Monday 23 September 2019 and confirmation will be sent once shares are showing on accounts.

- The Offer Period for the JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited share offer closed at 9am on Wednesday 18 September 2019.
Trading starts
- Admission and unconditional dealing in the Ordinary Shares is expected to commence at 8am on Tuesday 24 September 2019. There is no conditional dealing period.
- When admitted to trading, the Ordinary Shares will be registered with SEDOL (Stock Exchange Daily Official List) number BJVKW83 and trade under the symbol "JARA".
