How it works
When you sign up to ii360, you'll become a customer of both ii and Interactive Brokers.
Their terms and conditions will work alongside ours to give you this service. If you need help, we'll still be your first point of contact for supporting you with your account.
Your assets
Interactive Brokers will be legally responsible for holding your investments and cash in your account.
This means that these assets will not be covered by our FSCS limit. Instead, your assets will be protected by Interactive Brokers. Learn more about how this works.
Fees and charges
We will set out the fees and charges, and Interactive Brokers will be responsible for collecting the charges related to the ii360 service.
Who is responsible for what under ii360?
You will be a customer of both ii and Interactive Brokers, so we want be clear about our responsibilities.

- Introducing customers to Interactive Brokers
- Account opening
- ID and verification checks as an ii customer
- Setting the fees and charges
- Providing the ii360 trading platform
- Moving cash between your ii Trading Account(s) and the ii360 platform
- Collecting service plan fees
- Providing customer support and handling complaints
- Letting you know about updates to your ii360 service
Interactive Brokers (IBKR)
- ID and verification checks
- Executing trades
- Custody of assets
- Paying out dividends received from assets
- Deducting tax as the withholding agent for income received from US incorporated assets
- Collecting charges for any ii360 related activity and paying these to ii

When you choose this product, you’ll be entering a relationship with two regulated firms. We have outlined our responsibilities, and it is important that you understand our role in bringing you this platform.
