How to set up your password

It's easy to setup a new password to access your new ii account.

• Click the 'Setup your password now' link at the bottom of the page
• Enter the email address that is registered on your Jarvis account. Then click continue.
• Click the Forgot password? link. 
• Your email address will be prefilled - click continue to request a password reset email.
• You will then receive an email from interactive investor.
• Click on the link within the email and create a new password for your account.

Please remember:

• Login passwords need to be between 8 and 50 characters long and include at least 1 upper case character, 1 lower case character and 1 digit. The special characters £ and & not permitted.
• Passwords are case sensitive.
