Regular investing allows you to top up your investments monthly rather than buying with lump sums. It is free with your account. You can invest as little as £25 per month per investment, and there are no trading costs to pay.

You can change your investment amount or stop at any time. Once your account has moved over from Jarvis regular investing is easy to set up and manage online.

How to set up regular investing

  1. Select Portfolio > Free regular investing from the menu.
  2. Choose which account you are investing in using the orange drop down menu.
  3. Click edit investments then add investments.
  4. Search for your investment by typing the name of a UK equity, investment trust or ETF. Or select UK funds and search using the investment’s fund name or manager.

Please note that you cannot use pending cash to pay for regular investing. You must have enough settled cash in your account to pay for your investments. To view your settled cash balance, go to the Portfolio Overview.

Your total available cash will be visible in the Summary box, and breakdowns for individual accounts can be see in the account boxes.
