Liontrust ESG Trust Plc has decided not to proceed with an initial public offering.
ESGT has received significant support from private investors but demand from the institutional market has not been sufficient to meet the minimum of £100 million set out in the Prospectus.
Subscription amounts are being re-credited to accounts (Friday 2 July 2021).
