IPO Update
Independent Living REIT plc has decided not to proceed with the Initial Issue at the current time.
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 12 September 2022 regarding the publication of the prospectus for the initial public offering of the Company (the "Initial Issue"), given current market conditions, the Board of Directors has decided not to proceed with the Initial Issue at the current time. The Company has received a broad level of support from a significant number of investors and has been encouraged with the response to the investment proposition.
Subscription amounts are being re-credited to accounts (Friday 30 September 2022).
