Why are you asking me to check my details and add any missing items?

Making sure we have your most up-to-date details, including your email address and mobile phone number, helps us keep your account secure, allows us to identify you quicker and means we can send you important updates. We never send marketing information to you by email or text message (sms) unless we have your permission. 

Can I change the password I just set?

You can reset the password you have setup. Once you have securely logged in, select 'personal details & preferences' from the 'account' menu.
