How to transfer a Trading Account / ISA / Junior ISA account to another provider
- Speak to your new provider. If you choose to transfer away from ii, speak to your new provider about transferring to their service.
- Your new provider will contact us. For security purposes we will verify the request is valid by cross referencing key information with your account.
- We’ll take it from there. It usually takes 3-6 weeks for us to complete transfers. However, your transfer could take longer depending on the types of investment you are transferring.
