Internships at ii
Our 10-month internship programme is designed for undergraduate students planning to complete a year in industry as part of their studies.
Our intern roles change each year, with previous roles spanning across PR, UX, Product, Marketing and HR. As an ii intern, you’ll hit the ground running from day one. You’ll contribute directly to projects and initiatives that have real world outcomes, with dedicated support from your manager, team, and the Early Careers community.
You’ll also collaborate with your fellow interns throughout the placement to complete a group project, which you’ll present back to senior leaders across the business.
Our goal is for you to leave the ii internship programme feeling confident in your personal and professional development, and inspired for your future career.
Our internship roles are advertised every Spring.
Apprenticeships at ii
As an ii apprentice, you’ll gain a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills, and behaviours, as well as a firm grounding in organisational operations and functional processes.
Apprentice roles vary each year, with previous roles spanning across Compliance, Data, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and Project Management.
You’ll balance your time between formal studying for the apprenticeship and applying your learnings directly to your role. You’ll have direct support from your manager, team, apprenticeship coach, and the Early Careers community.
Our ambition is for you to grow in knowledge, skills, and self-belief, setting you up with a strong foundation for your blossoming future career at ii. And all of this will be backed up with a professional qualification funded by the apprenticeship levy.
Our apprenticeship roles are advertised every Spring.
